⏱ Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. You have a 2-hour window to cancel after purchase. Once production begins, only the shipping fee is refundable.
Processing time is usually 3–5 business days.
For fully custom designs, I’ll send a preview for your approval before stitching begins then 3-5 business days processing time applied again.

🔁 Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Cancellations: Within 4 hours of order placement. After that, only shipping fees may be refunded. Your order will be marked as "made, not shipped" with tracking updated accordingly.

Exchanges & Returns: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
